After almost 2 years of life quarantine, with nowhere to go, no outings, no get together, just being inside the four walls of our rooms, people were finally allowed to go out and about. It felt a nice change of pace to get some fresh air. Some people being apart for so long couldn’t wait to be together forever. And this December brought with it auspicious time to get married which resulted in a lot of weddings for us to attend. So when one of my best friends announced that he is also getting married, and soon, I didn’t have much time to decide on what to wear because to be honest more than half of it was spent on being shocked and planning his bachelors. It’s always so confusing about dressing for occasions and weddings and more so when it is one of your best friends who is getting married and you have to attend all the functions. Ugh, the dance practice for his sangeet was fun, but only because we spent most of the time laughing at him because he couldn’t dance. Which also took most of our time and gave us little to decide on our outfits. And wearing a ethnic gown or an anarkali dresses is a little mainstream. So to make it a little easier and give you an idea about what to wear at your friend’s wedding or any other, so that you don’t go crazy as I did, I will let you in in my wardrobe for this particular event. ‘Kay, lets dress.e and dress up.
